The Office Environment

When I think about life as the only girl in the RT Design Group — Naples office — I think about how much fun it is to work at RT Design! We love life, and we have a lot of fun together. I mostly work out of my home, but I will occasionally stop by to see how things are going. RT Design Group is a unique place — a place where we are all very specialized in what we do. Yes, we help each other out, and yes, we work together as a team. However, this happens most effectively when we are all doing what we are good at.
We maintain a very laid back atmosphere at our offices — stop by, and you can check out what it’s like to hang out all day at RT Design Group. Colby, our Project Manager, gets help from Layla every afternoon. (Take a look at the photo above.) Weird things like this happen all the time! We laugh a lot! We share ideas a lot, and we enjoy one another’s company. We celebrate wins, and we are constantly encouraging each other to move forward and grow in our areas of expertise. 
What is the environment in your office? Do you — like we do — work hard and play hard, together as a team? Are you encouraging greater levels of expertise within that team? In order to offer the highest level of job satisfaction to your employees — and the highest quality products to your clients — cultivating this type of environment needs to be your responsibility.
