The Value of Collaboration

At RT Design Group, we place a high value on collaboration. Together, we work as a team to pursue creative marketing solutions for our clients -- many of our projects involve unique, high quality websites. As an organization, the level at which we perform depends upon our ability to work together, to draw from one another's skills and unique talents. To me, collaboration involves valuing one another's ideas, listening to our clients and one another, and relying on each other. We support each other, and we are open about our work. We seek the good of the company as well as the good of our clients. We look at desired outcomes, and we draw up potential solutions and plans in order to reach those outcomes.

As a business owner, how are you collaborating? Do you place a premium on creativity and coming up with solutions together? Do you value a team environment. Even if you are a one-man shop, you can still pursue collaboration by reading other's ideas, seeking out like-minded business owners, relying on others for ideas and support, and networking within the context of your community.

Understanding the current environment and pursuing continuing education. As an organization, we are able to provide progressive, cutting edge solutions to our clients because we pursue the latest technologies together. We are constantly learning together and pursuing growth opportunities.
Listening to what our clients need and brainstorming functional solutions. We are able to deliver highly functional sites to our clients because we collaborate together with them to understand what their unique needs are. Every client needs something different and is searching for a unique solution to a unique need. Our ability to brainstorm levels of functionality is essential.
Delivering unique websites unlike any other. Collaboration involves making sure we deliver highly unique, customized websites -- sites that are NOT like any other site online. The overall success of any given website relies on its ability to be truly unique -- both in design, content, and underlying code. As a team, we collaborate to make sure we deliver this type of website to our clients.
